Simone Biles
Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) is considered to be the best athlete in sport. The 2016 Olympics took place in Rio de Janeiro and Biles became the U.S.'s the first gymnast of female gender to earn 4 gold medals. She also claimed the title of world champion for all-around, three times in succession (2013-15). Biles was raised in Spring Texas in the Houston metro area, where her and her sister Adria received adoption by grandparents Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone began to take the sport of gymnastics seriously as a six-year-old during a school field trip at Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach throughout the next 11 years. Biles achieved a silver medal at vault in 2010 and also a bronze at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Biles then advanced to competitions at the elite level in 2011. She dominated her sport less than two year later. Her consistency, her vivacious character and her high level of effort for her four eventsvault uneven bars, balance beam floor exercise as well as floor exercises -- helped to set her out from the rest of the athletes.
