Alison Krauss, born in Decatur the state of Illinois on the 23rd July 1971, is a well-known and wealthy Country Singer. She and LeAnn Kymes were two of the youngest winners of the Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss was born in the month of July 1971. Alison is a bluegrass and country singer. Her career began in the music industry in her early years, as she was a mere 10 years old. When she was 14, she dropped her solo debut album after joining Rounder Records. In 1989, she was invited to join Alison Krauss & Union Station with whom she performs.
